I'm typing this up on my lunch break because I've decided to end this blog tonight. I can't keep repeating and repeating my case anymore without provoking indifference from my readers.
Before I go, I want to stress a few important points that may have been lost. If you can access all the thousands of pages in my account, you can see how I came by all this work by simply living my life. You can see how I don't watch TV or listen to the radio, otherwise, I would have chosen to differentiate my posts from outside content that was familiar to me. This is because I am an artist who is concerned with originality. The last thing I want is to look like a hack with my original comedy posts and original poems and original songs. Even if I suspected a song on the radio to have been stolen from me, I would certainly attempt to write something new and original in its place. I rewrote my old work because I forgot it all, and I was able to forget it all because I don't watch TV or listen to the radio.
How's my image doing? Was there another assault on it behind my back in the last month or so? There's been a continuous assault on my image since my writing first got plagiarized way back in 1999. Thanks to these assaults, I was taken as someone who fit in well with the undesirables at my unfortunate location since 2012. I can't begin to estimate how much treacherous lying assaults on my name (David Skerkowski) and my reputation as an artist have harmed me over the years. For starters, I have suffered punishing living conditions over the last 8 years because of treacherous image assaults to justify the disgusting fraud with my volumes of shared life-work.
Try to understand why I am so angry at these stars and broadcasters. They would have driven me to suicide and had their music friends dancing on my grave with my own hit songs. Imagine how hard it is for me to tolerate their 'impeccable presentation skills' after they applied them so thoroughly to the destruction of my work and my name. Think of how much money was made out of my work by corporations like NBC and FOX and HBO and WEA Music by pushing their fraud on the public so zealously. And now I must struggle to make my living with physical labour after I proved my talent here. All very disturbing.
[Inserted by Author on Sep24/2020:] Another disturbing fact is that so many of our trusted public figures were/are evil. By this I mean that Ellen is evil and that the Rolling Stones are vile and that Dick Cheney and George Bush were despicably evil, among many, many others with high public profiles. None of the stars in my Offenders List below deserve any more attention or success. They're monsters. And who put them on TV to rape so many of my posts? Who were the broadcasting bigshots who legitimized the vast network fraud with my music and comedy? Do we even know their names after they hurt me so much in front of the world with their fraud love? It's evil that I couldn't sue these corporations and stars because the lawyers were too afraid of their money. It's evil that liars get so rich from telling dirty lies on TV while poor honest victims like myself only get to complain about gross injustice for 12 or 13 years. It's evil when stars get out of jail or prison and go right back in front of cameras to fool the public again - like Jay Leno did in 2013 and Tina Fey and many others, since George Carlin encouraged them all after his incarceration for stealing my blogs in 2007. It's evil that Carlin's fraud with my blogs still polutes the internet now just because he died after he lied. Justice is a joke if its price tag is too high for a fraud victim like me. And you can trust no star now. In fact, the more you want to trust a star, the less you should. I may trust Oprah the least of all - especially if she's responsible for giving Ellen her break on NBC. Yes, and, by the way, I'm here to justify my copyright claims, not to supply my neighbours with pathetic gossip. And this internet has thus far proven to be a disastrous failure that hurts talent much more than it helps.[End of Insertion.]
[Inserted by Author on Sep 26/2020:] I heard some remark about how a relative would be selling my work online. This is totally unauthorized and will bring him severe criminal prosecution if it's true. Let me remind you that stars and broadcasters were incarcerated and severely punished for what they did to my work. Just because they hide it from you doesn't mean it didn't happen. It happened, and it happened for the sake of justice. To deny that it happened is to deny its justice. Their punishments were ugly, but intended to appropriately answer the ugliness of their crimes. It's an ugly truth that I have no trouble facing every day, and I wish everyone could accept this truth along with me. I've learned to smile and feel good without the help of a lying star or broadcaster. You shouldn't need people lying to you with my songs and blogs to feel good.[End of Insertion.]
[Inserted by Author on Oct 4/2020:] We finally got rid of that bad tenant I was complaining about last year. (Remember, the one I thought was a North Korean?) It's quieter around the house for now - except for one of the tenants having his room broken into and his sleeping bag stolen while he was out. No point calling the police over it because they have their hands full with more urgent street crimes. I've complained about rising crime levels over and over in this account, and it certainly doesn't help to make heroes out of criminals, as some asshole on youtube wants to do with George Carlin's plagiarized chat about 'cultural issues'. As long as liars and thieves like that are worshiped in posterity on youtube, it doesn't leave much hope for the living. I also watched an Australian documentary about the 'COVID conspiracy', but it turned out to be more of an interview with a couple of selected media favourites from the internet. I have not started any new blogs yet, so if you've seen one around, it belongs to an impersonating creep. As for my own downloads, they are for my own private use and usually consist of material I've already seen many times and for which the authors were already paid on its original air date. I, however, remain unpaid for the mountains of material plagiarized from my first (1999-2007) Blogger account and broadcast for big bucks. I now notice that I had more success finding old 'copyrighted' material back in 2010 when the radio was stuffed full of illegal recordings of my songs and the TV was overflowing with illegal performances of my blogs. I'd rather have had the royalties for my own work.[End of Insertion.]
I have an idea for a new blog where I focus on a favourite post from the past and talk about what inspired it. I think this kind of information is very important to get right, but the news media just let the frauds make up their own stories about it. I'm gonna take a little break from blogging first. Anyway, the next blog won't have my copyright issues listed at the bottom of every post, but I'll still include a link to the page with the information - still online and growing since 2016.
